Unbeatable location, extremely comfy bed, friendly check-in & very polite staff. Everything was perfect as expected, but the bathroom was uncomfortable. The breakfast was superb with lots of exceptional food on offer. Fantastic customer care too.

Perfectly clean hotel in incredibly comfortable location in Ottawa. The bed was soft and the staff cheerfull. My evolution queen room was cool, I liked it. Breakfast was perfectly fine, plenty of reasonably priced food. Its top notch service.
